Russ invited his fans to join his community, which he called Russ World, aka Laylo to be the first to know all things Russ.
He kept the experience super simple by doing a clean embed of his Laylo widget on his website russworld.com. With nothing else on the page the site was focused on solely driving sign ups.
Timing was everything. Russ launched his Laylo right before the start of the new year and timed it perfectly with a series of new music drops to spark hype and motivate fans to sign up. This kept an organic flow of tens of thousands of fans and also set the expectations for how Russ World will work.
