The presale

To build anticipation and give fans priority access, Japanese Breakfast posted their tour dates on Instagram and urged people to sign up and receive a pre-sale code for tickets.

Laylo's Multidrop feature allowed them to include all their tour dates in one place and have fans RSVP for their city to be the first to access tickets.

The upsell

After RSVPing for their preferred tour date, Laylo's ‘Upsell’ feature automatically redirected fans to Japanese Breakfast's new album pre-order page. This seamless transition capitalized on fan excitement and directed traffic to the album launch.

40% of fans who RSVP'd for presale also clicked through to pre-order or pre-save the new album.

They not only boosted ticket sales but also significantly increased early album sales, illustrating the power of combining Laylo’s touring and upsell features.

The results

On Drop Day, Laylo automatically delivered each fan their local ticket link + presale code.

These drop messages received an average CTR (click-through-rate) of over 90% leading to a hugely successful Tour + Album launch to pair with a huge boost to J Brekkie’s Laylo list of superfans!

In fact it was so successful that they had to add more shows in several cities where they were able to use Laylo’s message composer to immediately notify local fans of the +1s.
