The Album Drop

In June, Hailey Whitters built anticipation for her new album with a Laylo Drop that gave fans an easy way to get the music the moment it was released: building anticipation and connection ahead of launch.

Using Laylo’s Spotify integration, she turned excitement into action, collecting follows and recurring presaves from her listeners. When fans signed up, they received a personalized text from Hailey’s custom phone number, promising they’d get the album the moment it dropped (and teasing a fun surprise to keep them hooked).

The Tour Announcement

Next, Hailey kept the momentum going by announcing her Fall Tour with a Laylo Multidrop. Each city had its own signup, allowing fans to join their local list ahead of the ticket on-sale date. When tickets went live, those fans received a personalized message right away. No algorithms, no missed alerts.

By combining the Multidrop with Laylo’s Spotify features, Hailey also continued to grow her Spotify follows and presaves from fans eager to snag tickets.

While on tour, Hailey kept fans engaged in real time by using Laylo’s geo-segmentation to send last-minute ticket pushes to fans within 100 miles of each show - turning proximity into last-minute ticket sales and packed venues.

The Merch Drop & Giveaway

Hailey partnered with Kellogg’s Cornflakes on a special-edition Hailey Whitters cereal box and used Laylo’s Instagram Comments feature to turn the launch into a fan moment. Fans entered the giveaway to win a box by commenting on her post, and Laylo automatically added them to her list. Hailey was able to personally message the winner, and even follow up with everyone who didn’t win, encouraging them to still grab a box of their own.

Beyond the Drops
