Registration is open from Friday, August 21 to Monday, August 24 at 6pm BST. RSVP here and complete the verification steps via SMS or email. If you do not finish verification, you will not receive a code. If you do not register before 6pm BST on Monday, August 24, you will not receive a code for the presale.
If you have a Denmark or Sweden phone number, you may need to register via email rather than text.
After you RSVP, you can explore Jorja's Townsend store, where you can pre-order What Are The Odds.
2. Watch for your unique code
Fans who registered will receive a confirmation text or email, and then a separate message with their unique code. Codes go out Tuesday, August 25, end of day UK and EU time, so you have the evening to find yours before presale morning.
3. Have your code ready when the presale opens
The presale opens Wednesday, August 26 at 10am local time. You will get a message on email or SMS pointing you back to Jorja's ticket link page, where you will:
- Select your show
- Enter your unique code
- Join the ticketing queue
Codes are one-time use and tied to your phone number.

If you’re registering for Australia, here’s what to know.
1. Sign up for the presale
Registration opens Friday, August 21 at 12pm local Australian time here. Complete the SMS verification steps, or you will not receive a code. Registration closes on Monday, August 24.
2. Watch for your unique code
Fans who registered will receive a confirmation text or email, and then a separate message with their unique code.
3. Use your code when the presale opens
The presale opens Wednesday, August 26 at 10AM local time. You will get a message pointing you back to Jorja's tour page, where you will select your show, enter your code, and join the ticketing queue.

Why is Jorja using unique codes?
Unique codes limit brokers and resale activity so real fans get a better chance at tickets. On a recent artist presale run this way, over 100,000 bot and scalper signups were blocked before codes went out.
I'm in Australia. Do the UK dates apply to me?
No. Australia has its own registration deadline, code send time, and presale open. They are in the Australia section above.
What if I don't receive a unique code?
Codes go out the day before your region's presale. If you do not have one by presale morning, it likely means you did not complete the 2-step verification (2FA) when you RSVP'd. What happens if my code doesn't work?
Your code comes by text message from Laylo once you’ve verified using 2FA. That is the only code that will work. If you are trying to use the verification code you got when you first signed up, that is a different code, and it will not work at the presale.
